Screen Reader is a tool that allows you to select and read out any text on your screen. You can either press Ctrl+dot or click on the Speak button to activate the reader, and then choose any of the Microsoft text-to-speech voices to read out the text. The speech rate can also be adjusted and you can pause, resume, or skip paragraphs with one click.
